REFLECTION QUESTIONAction Track: Earth Day Together! Earth Day Action: Write a Love Letter, Poem, or Song to EarthWhat are you grateful for about our planet? Share what you created or your general thoughts of love and gratitude with everyone else!
Victoria Przydanek 4/30/2020 5:09 AMI am grateful about the fact that everyday we learn something new about our planet from the news or something we saw online and we use that information to make a change in our own lives. For example when I learned about people cutting down forests because the trees have palm oil and its sad to read about it but, when you decide to do something about it and you change your diet then that small impact builds up day by day, week by week, month by month, and so on. You actually feel better about it. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONForests Forest-Friendly FoodsHow difficult or easy was it to change your diet?
Victoria Przydanek 4/30/2020 4:57 AMThis challenge was easy because I don't drink a lot of coffee and I was willing to give it up even if it means I won't be able to drink it anymore. Also I gave up peanut butter and crackers because they have palm oil. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONAction Track: Building Resilience Connect While Social DistancingHow does connecting with others help your own mental and emotional health? How can it help support others?
Victoria Przydanek 4/08/2020 9:07 AMConnecting with others helps a lot with mental and emotional health because you always want to be up to date with how your friends are feeling and share tips on how to stay safe and how to get through this. It can help support others by showing that no one is in this alone and knowing that someone is there for you and can help you get through.
