Erin Rice 4/22/2020 6:59 PMI feel like we all at some point take our Earth for granted, but I am truly truly thankful to wake up and see another day. Our Earth is really so amazing and beautiful and a lot of us haven't really opened our eyes to look and explore it. I am honestly grateful for everything on this planet, I feel like we need to treat her a lot better than we do though! -
REFLECTION QUESTIONPeople Connect While Social DistancingHow does connecting with others help your own mental and emotional health? How can it help support others?
Erin Rice 4/02/2020 7:37 AMIt helps both of your mental health, because even though you cannot physically see these people, you are still hearing their voice and engaging in a conversation which is helping. -
Erin Rice 4/02/2020 7:35 AMBecause it is a great thing to do:) -
REFLECTION QUESTIONPeople Spend Time OutsideRachel Carson said that we need the beauty and mysteries of the natural world for our spiritual and emotional development. Does that ring true for you? What are the implications for a culture that spends most of its time indoors?
Erin Rice 4/02/2020 7:32 AMI feel that everyone needs to go spend time outside for at least an hour. There is so so much to do outside and people dont realize it. So many people spend so much time inside, when they could be outside!
