I have been cutting down on my meat consumption. I also limit my use of electricity through keeping my lights off, unplugging my technology, and taking cold showers which also help to conserve water usage because it forces me out quicker.

It helps because humans are social creatures and it is important for us to stay in touch with people that we care about. Being alone for so long can be pretty depressing. It can also help others by showing that we care about them and that they are cared for.

Why do people in richer countries eat more meat than people in other places? How does eating more meat affect our planet and other people?

People in richer countries eat more meat because it is more accessible to them since they have the wealth to afford it. It can affect out planet and other people because of how much land and water it takes up since we need to feed animals using plants that take up a lot of room and water.
