Kylee's actions
Fresh Water
Use a Reusable Water Bottle
I will use a reusable bottle and stop purchasing bottled water, saving 3 disposable plastic bottle(s) a day.
Fresh Water
Water-Friendly Beauty Products
Avoid beauty products with micro beads or harsh chemicals that will feed into the ground and your water supply.
Food
Weekly Meal Planning
I will reduce food waste and save money by prepping for 2 meal(s) each day, only buying the ingredients I need.
Wildlife
Use Reusable Bags
Plastic bags can be mistaken for food by many wild animals. If at all possible, I will not accept any disposable bags when making purchases, including produce bags.
People
Connect While Social Distancing
I will connect with at least 1 person/people a day through phone call or video chat to support mine and other’s mental and emotional health during this challenging time.

Reflection, encouragement, and relationship building are all important aspects of getting a new habit to stick.
Share thoughts, encourage others, and reinforce positive new habits on the Feed.

REFLECTION QUESTIONPeople Connect While Social DistancingHow does connecting with others help your own mental and emotional health? How can it help support others?
Kylee Sayers 4/02/2020 1:16 PMLiving on campus during school breaks is very refreshing, although now it can be tough looking at campus with almost no cars and walking down the quiet halls of the building. Social interaction is so important to me. Now, every day I reach out to a different friend that I am not able to see due to COVID-19 and location. I have never been a big fan of FaceTime although now it has been such a joy to not only talk to but to see other people. I am able to connect with friends that are local that I can no longer grab weekly dinner with in addition with friends in different locations including Colorado and even the United Kingdom.-
Meghan Dugan 4/30/2020 5:51 PMi can totally relate, campus is very odd.

Kylee Sayers 4/02/2020 12:40 PMI have to get used to the idea of bringing reusable bags with me to the store. I can never remember to put them back in my car. One tip that has worked for me is putting my car keys in/clipped on the reusable bags. -
