    Crazy that there are only 5 days left! I have really enjoyed this experience thus far and it has made me reach out to others and get out of my house just when we all need it the most.

    Today it is gross outside and I really am not in the mood to go out. However, I am taking the days that I don't go out to connect with more people!

    I personally have been able to go out for walks more and I am loving it! Getting out of the house for a change of scenery and fresh air can really boost your mood.

    Lately I have been going out more for walks, and I personally have been enjoying it a lot. I think that even though we are advised to stay in, just getting out for a change of scenery and fresh air can really boost your mood.

    While I only signed up today, looking through the multitude of small actions that can make a difference is amazing. I was shocked at how many things on the site I was already to check off my list, thus making me feel like I already am making a change.
