I decided to draw some of my favorite elements that I typically find in my favorite ecosystem ( southwest desert environments). With that I also wrote lyrics, quotes from my favorite artists that describe the southwest.

How can spending more time outdoors enhance your sense of place?

I strongly believe that by spending more time outdoors you begin to get a sense of your physical and emotional health. It allows you to slow down, breath, and get away from the fast pace life of cities and towns. I also believe that by spending time outdoors you can experience a greater connection with land by increasing the amount of time you spend observing areas. Using your sense to connect you to the area around you allows you to experience more and ultimately connect on a deeper level with the land around.
