Water, water, water. Say bye bye to soda today... As best as I can. Love my re-usable water bottle that I have now too.

My morning walk with the dog became a little extra exciting this morning as the leash snapped halfway through. Had to keep her calm but we figured it out and finished our walk before the rain comes.

Took sometime to watch the documentary "The Magic Pill" on Netflix with my wife. Interesting take on the Keto diet and it's potential benefits.

Check out "The Game Changers" too! My boyfriend introduced me to it and it was definitely a catalyst for us moving towards a more plant-based diet.

I seriously haven't put gas in my car in almost a month. That feels pretty good although my car probably misses me... :)

Making a point all day to use the same glass for my water so I don't have to wash as many dishes. Trying to get the kids to do the same ;)

It was a chilly morning but the dog and I enjoyed our morning walk. Really gets the blood flowing and ready for the day.

Didn't let the mist and fog hold me down this morning. Took the dog for a walk around the neighborhood. Fresh air starts the day off nicely!
