Connecting with others help my mental and emotional health because if I don't have anyone to go to when i'm down it could maybe make my mental health become more worse. It can also help support others because if they are having a mental breakdown and they need someone to talk to about their problems and stuff then you can connect with them by being able to talk to them and help comofort them.

How does knowing the difference between use by, sell by, and best by dates empower you to make better decisions?

If we know the difference between use by, sell by, and best by dates then we will be able to protect ourself/health and others healthy by not eating expired/overdue foods and  not need to go to the hospital to pay alot of money for hospital bills. It could also save peoples lives because some people don't check the expiration dates and they just eat it without caring when its expired.

Who is affected by polluted water or a lack of access to water in your region? How are they affected?

I think the river, lakes, ponds, and oceans will be affected by polluted water because if its contaminated then we humans wont be able to use drink/use water for our daily lives and it will also affect the animals in the ocean because they wont have a place to live in anymore and if their area is on dry land then they cant survive without water just like humans and just like how animals in the ocean wont be able to survive without water because they need to swim in water to go to places but when its polluted the whole world will be in huge trouble and die without water.

It's important to support local organizations and businesses because if you don't then they might not be able to have business anymore and for the local organizations with support is also good because it can help ther organization grow. It helps build a more resilient community by  making them have business and make more people interested.

Why do people in richer countries eat more meat than people in other places? How does eating more meat affect our planet and other people?

People in richer countries eat more meat than people in other places is because the more meat you eat the more strongr you get with your wealth. Eating more meat in our planet means more animals/wild animals will become extinct and it will really affect the vegans who only eat vegetable and not meat because they love their furry friends.
