Anthony's actions
Fresh Water
Use a Reusable Water Bottle
I will use a reusable bottle and stop purchasing bottled water, saving 5 disposable plastic bottle(s) a day.
Food
Learn the Truth About Expiration Dates
I will spend at least 2 minutes learning how to differentiate between sell by, use by, and best by dates.
Food
Weekly Meal Planning
I will reduce food waste and save money by prepping for 2 meal(s) each day, only buying the ingredients I need.
Climate
Use Public Transit
If a necessary trip is longer than I can walk or bike, I will use public transit 2 mile(s) each day and avoid sending up to (___) lbs of CO2 into Earth's atmosphere, while being sure to follow CDC guidelines for prevention of disease infection or transfer.

REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Learn the Truth About Expiration DatesHow does knowing the difference between use by, sell by, and best by dates empower you to make better decisions?
Anthony Tozzi 3/09/2020 5:23 AMThe knowledge of these terms will help you make better decisons about buying, eating, and discarding them because you could not be informed and not know what these terms entirely mean and you could possibly eat/drink something that was expired -
REFLECTION QUESTIONClimate Use Public TransitHow has your access to various kinds of transportation throughout your life influenced your current attitudes about transportation and your transportation behavior?
Anthony Tozzi 3/09/2020 5:22 AMi live about a 2 minute walk from a PAT bus stop that can take me almost anywhere i'd want to go in the city. I've taken the initiative throughout my life to use this as a means of transportation because sometimes its easier to just take a bus and save people time and money and gas in the process. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Weekly Meal PlanningAn average American throws out about 240 lbs of food per year. The average family of four spends $1,500 a year on food that they throw out. Does this surprise you? Where would you rather use this money?
Anthony Tozzi 3/09/2020 5:18 AMThis statistic is very eye opening given the amount of people who face the problem of hunger daily and that there are people out there completely wasting it. I would use the money to buy food that i would actually eat and get a use out of.
