    I have enjoyed checking in everyday and competing the challenges. They have encouraged me to get outside and it reminds me to compost.

    Connecting with others helps metal health because it is good to have social interactions on a daily basis. By FaceTiming my fiords, I feel more connected to them and I get to communicate with people besides my family.

    I am enjoying the opportunities that the challenge is providing me with. It is nice to get outside and know that I am making a difference.

    My challenge is having very well. I have already completed two of the challenges and I am planning on completing more!
