Changes seem to be pretty easy.  Especially the weekly meal planning. I have done this numerous of times before and always forget how easy and less time consuming it is.

  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Food Weekly Meal Planning
An average American throws out about 240 lbs of food per year. The average family of four spends $1,500 a year on food that they throw out. Does this surprise you? Where would you rather use this money?

It is really surprising because all of the food all of us waste could be going to people who need it  . The money we waste could be going to people that need it as well.
