QUESTION
Action Track: Building Resilience
How does connecting with others help your own mental and emotional health? How can it help support others?
I believe that connecting with others and especially during this time can help you so much with your mental and emotional health because we were built ororfformed to feel the love and affection from everyone around us whether it would be your significant other, your family or even your friends! Stay strong and say hello!
I chose to do this challenge because I thought it would be a fun way to enjoy the environment, especially during this time. I joined the actions based on what I do daily.
Rachel Carson said that we need the beauty and mysteries of the natural world for our spiritual and emotional development. Does that ring true for you? What are the implications for a culture that spends most of its time indoors?
I can agree with Rachel in this because the culture that spends most of their time indoors don't really benefit from the beauty that nature brings. Better yet, the ability of being outdoors can not only help you emotionally or mentally, but also physically.
