REFLECTION QUESTIONAction Track: Building Resilience Connect While Social DistancingHow does connecting with others help your own mental and emotional health? How can it help support others?
Aili Velasco 4/22/2020 4:18 PMI believe that connecting with others and especially during this time can help you so much with your mental and emotional health because we were built ororfformed to feel the love and affection from everyone around us whether it would be your significant other, your family or even your friends! Stay strong and say hello!-

REFLECTION QUESTIONPeople Spend Time OutsideRachel Carson said that we need the beauty and mysteries of the natural world for our spiritual and emotional development. Does that ring true for you? What are the implications for a culture that spends most of its time indoors?
Aili Velasco 4/14/2020 12:54 PMI can agree with Rachel in this because the culture that spends most of their time indoors don't really benefit from the beauty that nature brings. Better yet, the ability of being outdoors can not only help you emotionally or mentally, but also physically.
