Now that we're all working from home, energy bills could go up. Take some time to evaluate your home office space (even if it's the kitchen table!). Many utilities offer home efficiency kits (LED bulbs, shower heads, etc.) - visit your electric utilities website to see if they offer any of these solutions. Connecting with others helps me to quit thinking just about my house, my family, myself & engage in other peoples lives. Also, typically laughing & smiling are involved in these conversations which is always an endorphin boost. :-) -

I already use a reusable water bottle & reusable tea mugs & have for a couple of years. The part I'm currently struggling with is curbside grocery pickup as I always brought my own bags when I was shopping inside the store, but at curbside everything comes out already bagged in plastics. -
