ashleigh willis 4/16/2020 8:34 AMIve always felt like indoors disconnects you with the outside world. No matter how much television or internet you use it is in no comparison and does not compensate from spending time outdoors and connecting with people and nature. For me I like to exercise outdoors to breathe in the air and relax.
