    Greetings BotaniCuisineers who are coming together (individually) for the EcoChallenge! The great thing about this challenge is it can be done anytime, anywhere, even during these days when we're staying home to prevent the spread of the coronovirus. Among the many things we can do, the EcoChallenge includes eating plant foods to help save the environment!! It's a win, win, win for us, the Earth, and the animals.
