    I drink my water and fill this Flask to the top 2 times a day which equals 4 plastic bottles of water.

    I live in the country/forest & respect the wildlife that I live among. The wildlife are free to roam the property and there is ample water supply & forage for these beautiful creatures.

    Food Weekly Meal Planning
    An average American throws out about 240 lbs of food per year. The average family of four spends $1,500 a year on food that they throw out. Does this surprise you? Where would you rather use this money?

    This doesn't surprise me.  Even though we meal plan weekly we have an abundance of leftovers that sometimes don't get eaten.
