    This is very hard. In the midst of the pandemic there's a lot I couldn't do on a daily basis. In normal times I only use reusable bags, I combine errands to do the least driving possible, I reuse or don't use produce bags, I recycle produce bags (assuming they get recycled). My county banned all plastic shopping bags (not thin film). I promise...

    I'm grateful for the variety of perspectives it can give us and the variety of environments that are present in it. The plethora of species is astonishing. It makes me feel at peace just being in nature.

    We are near a major trauma center and teaching hospital. We have farmlans and farmers markets and community gardens here.  We have a safe water supply.  We have a major university working on treatments and testing.  We have several solar farms and many people have solar panels already installed.     I wish I'd heard of this sooner!  I have a bluebird "couple" that has come back for the second year to a birdhouse I put up (I live in an apt complex, so this is unusual!) and lots of hummingbirds.  I'm teaching some of the neighborhood children about our beautiful wildflowers and how to protect the wild animals as well!

    I've committed to only driving my car once a week to run all of my errands, and the rest of the time I bike or walk. I make sure I'm successful by keeping track of when I bike or walk or drive.

    Not only do they help us have beauty in our lives, they are important for our food production. They play a pivotal part in the ecosystem

    With Covid-19, there aren't many ways to change how we do things. My market won't let me use reusable bags and only use paper. I don't drive because there's nowhere to go. Although when I go out I've been driving our hybrid car.
