April 30 at 9:16 PMThis has been such an amazing month - so much to learn from, and reading through all the posts on Ecochallenge really provided us so many ideas on how to make an impact.

April 30 at 8:13 PMThis whole challenge has been a ton of fun and I think I even learned a bit about myself and my co-workers!!!!!

April 30 at 5:52 PMHi all! If you're interested in buying an indoor bike, check out this article I wrote for A Sweat Life in Chicago. I go through options that fit every budget and lifestyle :) https://asweatlife.com/2020/04/at-home-bike-comparison/

April 30 at 5:43 PMDuring these times, it's tough to cut electricity costs when you're home all the time, but I only use one LED task light when I work and the ample windows we have in our apartment usually does enough to light our space.

April 30 at 5:41 PMConnecting with others in a meaningful way can help mental and emotional health - it can break through feelings of isolation, which may be particularly common during these unprecedented times.

April 30 at 4:48 PMthis is a convenient excuse to watch Netflix documentaries about nature which I already enjoy
