Karen Kincher 4/30/2020 7:21 PMI found an additional way to volunteer in my community. The NextDoor app offers a “Help Map” where you can offer up help in your community and show up on the map that people needing help can see and reach out to you. I’ve offered services like grocery shopping, dog walking, gardening, and check-ins -
Owen Dowden 4/30/2020 2:55 AMWalking to and from work is definitely something I'm gonna try to keep up more often! -
Owen Dowden 4/29/2020 8:26 PMThere are still parks and beautiful areas around town that are open to take a stroll through and enjoy some nature! -
Daniel Knudson 4/29/2020 8:18 PMWith the challenge winding down, I feel like it has made a difference for me. I have grown to appreciate the time I spend outside, to explore and enjoy what is around me. I think it will become a solid habit to be honest. And to keep it there for me to appreciate, I definitely plan to learn more. If you stop learning, you stop growing. And we all still have a bit left to do. -

Bertha Rodriguez 4/26/2020 5:00 PMIt has been pretty easy for me to keep my goals with this quarantine. The only thing that has been a little challenging is restraining from technology. -
Marilynn Kelly 4/26/2020 4:54 PMThis Eco Challenge has been really fun, although a little discouraging at times. I think it coincided with our book very well, every challenge made me think about whatever concept we were reading about. In particular this challenge along with the book made me think about the materials economy even more than before. Every time I make a purchase now I try to envision where it came from and if it helped or hurt those who were involved in the process of getting it to me. -
Bertha Rodriguez 4/26/2020 4:46 PMThis challenge has been very eye opening on how small changes can have big positive impact
on our environment.
