    Very true! There is some calmness and peace brought about by the natural world. Spending more time indoors contributes greatly to our health problems. Not forgetting the quality of human integration that is slowly declining!

    While a lot has changed in the last few months and we are unable to connect in the same way, its nice to still check in with friends and loved ones and be a part of each other lives. It's nice to know that we are still there for each other, even if its not in person right now.

    I never heard of food sovereignty before, but after viewing a few documentaries on it, I found it quite interesting especially how different cultures in their earlier development relied on this for self preservation.

    Food sovereignty seeks to allow food prodiuction to be culturally produced. Food production is not subject to the many "hoops" that a modern food chain involves. Food priduction is not a commodity as in a modern system but is seen as a right for everyone to have food. Also, seeks to keep food production is localized and done naturally.
