Set your fridge/freezer to a higher temperature so they don’t need to work so hard. If you are defrosting food, always defrost it in the fridge because then the frozen food will keep the fridge cooler!

If you have a regular boiler, turn down the thermostat on the hot water tank. This will mean the water in the tank never gets too warm. There is little point producing scalding hot water in the tank if you then simply add cold water in your mixer shower or bath to get it to a nice comfortable temperature. Making sure it is heated to the right...

We love shopping at the local Greengrocers and Butchers!!  Not only do you get fresh produce, but you can also get your cabon footprint down and step count up, whilst your hard-earned cash lands in the pockets of local small businesses.  I call that Win Win Win Win !

I have been Pescetariansince August 2019, one of the main reasons is due to the carbon footprint left by the meat industry.  

Solar power is pollution free and causes no greenhouse gases to be emitted after installation. 

We've been doing more regular trips to our local farm shop, they grow all the produce so its fresh, low air millage, and investing in our local economy 

Haven't used the car for 8 weeks and will reduce going forward!
