I have always been fascinated by penguins. I found out that they are MEAN. Penguins will push another penguin into the ocean to check for predators. I also find it interesting how their slick oily coat helps them swim.

Our ocean not only provides food for people who choose to eat fish, but it is also a home for many species. We need to be more cautious of what connects to the ocean, and what is in the ocean(what boats etc.). And obviously, we need to stop polluting the oceans

In my state you have to bring a bag anyway, so it’s not hard to avoid plastic bags but the wrapping is a bigger problem I’ve been looking into company’s that sell food In reusable/recyclable packaging if I can, but usually I’ll just go to a local grocery and get my fruit and veggies “locally” so they don’t have as much packaging

50 o 70% of our oxygen comes from the ocean. That's more than all the rainforests combined. The ocean also regulates our climate, asborbs carbon dioxide, and holds 97% of Earth's water. You can take care of the ocean by using reusable plastic products.

We need to learn how to cut down on our water usage. Shorter showers, don’t leave it running when you don’t need to, and other little things like that.

It’s getting pretty hard, my brain is just to small to understand the complexities and fathom the wonderful world of water.

no it doesn’t surprise me because i researched food waste in 6th grade. i would rather have this money go towards housing for homeless people or something else similar

I notice how much compostable waste I used to throw away. My compost pile is growing everyday and I can just see how many different things I used to throw into the garbage bin. I plan on using my compost for soil for some plants when it's ready.

I used to regularly use plastic bags, single use cups, plastic straws. Now I use, reusable bags, metal straws, and reusable cups.
