I think any time you are not able to get outside at least for a little you start to feel disconnected. Any day that I don't get out for at least a few breaths of fresh air I feel like I have a pressure headache by the end of the day. But if I can get out even if its just to take out the trash or get the mail I feel a tiny bit better. It probably mostly comes from the fact that stepping outside means you have to step out of whatever you are doing and the disruption resets you.
