Action Track: Building Resilience Spend Time Outside
Rachel Carson said that we need the beauty and mysteries of the natural world for our spiritual and emotional development. Does that ring true for you? What are the implications for a culture that spends most of its time indoors?

Spending time outside helps me appreciate how much is happening beyond me and how big and beautiful the world is. Growing plants reminds me of how wonderful and magical life is.

Pollinators are essential to the survival of so many plants, including crops we eat! We can take care of them by providing shelter, flowers throughout the season, and water for the variety of pollinators we hope will visit our yard.
