My household can prepare for changing water situations to be more resilient by not drinking water from plastic water bottles, and only drinking water from reusable cups and reusable water bottles.

    Food Weekly Meal Planning
An average American throws out about 240 lbs of food per year. The average family of four spends $1,500 a year on food that they throw out. Does this surprise you? Where would you rather use this money?

That surprises me that the average family of 4 spends $1,500 on food that they throw out, because they are wasting money that they could spend on food they actually will eat, rent, or donating that money to charity.

Connecting with others helps my own mental and emotional heath because I can share my problems with people other then my family, and I can help others with their problems.
