REFLECTION QUESTIONOceans Smart Seafood ChoicesMany states and countries have advisories on eating fish. Find out what is advised for your region. Do you think your diet choices fall within these guidelines? What steps do you need to take to make sure that they do?
Ellie Fairchild 4/06/2020 4:41 PMI do not eat much fish, so it was interesting to read about. Did you know Ninety percent of the world's fisheries are now fully exploited, over-exploited or have collapsed. This is crazy! Make sure your fish comes from sustainable sources. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONAction Track: Building Resilience Research Benefits of BiodiversityHow can you encourage biodiversity by your own actions?
Ellie Fairchild 4/06/2020 4:00 PMBiodiversity makes ecosystems stronger. There are about 7 million species that haven't been discovered yet! Unfortunately human actions cause increased extinction. If humans consume less resources, then less species would go extincted. -
