We all think we know how to handle our mental healthy by keeping ourselves busy like by watching movies, exercising and sleeping. It's important to know that these activities don't do it most times cause we do get tired of doing the same things its turn to a routine. It's important to know that social connection does much more in that its instills feels of joy, happiness and encouragement as the more one talks to other individuals it  improves one's emotional and physical health. Generally, connecting with others reduces the levels of anxiety, loneliness and mostly depression since it is known that people with low social connection are more vulnerable to depression. And so, we should connect with one another as it brings about positivity and physical well-being.

Today, I was able to convince a few members in the family to join me as a vegetarian for about one month. It wasn't easy but they did agree to try it out for a month in order to reduce on the amount of meat that eaten in the house and to save the environment. This is because too much consumption of meat greatly affects the environment as a whole and other people too but most individuals choose to ignore the facts.

Fresh Water Use a Reusable Water Bottle
Using the links provided, investigate the bottling practices of water corporations. There have been many cases where the water rights of the local people have been violated or even completely disregarded when a corporation decides to bottle water from a particular water source. How can you advocate for those who have been harmed - both humans and wildlife - by this bottling process?

First I would advice my community to test the waters and see how bad the situation is. Then probably start a petition get the community involved as well as the law because this something as a person cant really solve therefore needs the law of which get help from the lawyers that deal with these kind of problems.

    Food Weekly Meal Planning
An average American throws out about 240 lbs of food per year. The average family of four spends $1,500 a year on food that they throw out. Does this surprise you? Where would you rather use this money?

That amount does not really surprise me because its pretty understandable since they are four people and they different kinds of foods that they consume daily. As for the money, I would rather invest in probably in stocks buy shares in a profitable company.

Food Learn the Truth About Expiration Dates
How does knowing the difference between use by, sell by, and best by dates empower you to make better decisions?

It helps with making decisions about my consumption. For example, if I needed 5 bottles of Almond milk but they were to expire in the next week then I would rather take two to avoid wasting the other three and let them get spoilt yet another people could put them to use than I wasting them.

    Food Reduce Animal Products
Why do people in richer countries eat more meat than people in other places? How does eating more meat affect our planet and other people?

People in richer countries tend to eat more than people in other countries because they are able to afford it since its cheaper than in other countries whereby meat is seen as a luxury and not everyone is able to afford it. Eating more meat greatly affects our planet and other people but individuals barely think about how big or what impact of the amount of meat they consume has to the environment. Meat is considered to be a big contributor to extinction of animals. The more people eat meat, the more it affects the animals in a way that it reduces their number. Also, eating more meat requires the use of more land since meat production is known to require a lot of land and thus impacts other people that would have liked to practice other agricultural practices.
