  • REFLECTION QUESTION
Action Track: Building Resilience Spend Time Outside
Rachel Carson said that we need the beauty and mysteries of the natural world for our spiritual and emotional development. Does that ring true for you? What are the implications for a culture that spends most of its time indoors?

Spending most of your time indoors does not allow for the splendor of the outdoors.  There is so much to see and do being outside. Listening to nature is calming. Watching the beauty of the birds, butterflies, wild animals and such is an enjoyable experience. Fresh air helps the soul as well!
