    I think that the beauty of the outside world is wonderful and hard to emulate indoors. Being outside made me feel a lot lighter and warmer than I had while sitting for hours.

    I can share the weight that others feel when we support each other. My own mental and emotional health is helped by the knowledge that others care as well.
