    Why do people in richer countries eat more meat than people in other places? How does eating more meat affect our planet and other people?

    Foods I prefer preparing tend to be vegetarian or vegan. I do eat meat but it is not part of my common cooking routine. (aside from eggs which I use in everything almost)

    How is planting trees good for your mental, physical, and spiritual health?

    I love trees! We planted a Southern Red Oak and 3 Tulip Poplars. They're both good trees to support wildlife because they're large and long living. We took into account their lifespan when deciding where to plant them so they can grow to full potential.
