REFLECTION QUESTIONAction Track: Building Resilience Connect While Social DistancingHow does connecting with others help your own mental and emotional health? How can it help support others?
Diana Santiago 4/12/2020 11:00 PMConnecting with others doing this tough time has been very helpful, as it has allowed me to be sure that all my friends and family are doing well during this tough time. I personally deal with mental health issues and I know how important and helpful it is to get support from others so I want to be able to provide this kind of help when possible.
