    Easy! My body needs some meat for iron requirements but it forced me to be more creative in the kitchen.

    I try to avoid eating meat and source seafood sustainability in order to lower my carbon footprint!

    I love using Lush products, specifically bar shampoo. It works well and is plastic-free.
