Elizabeth Smith 4/04/2020 3:09 PM4 days in and still going strong! I love that this challenge allows me to measure the positive impact I'm having on my planet- it's definitely encouraged me to think more about what I do and the impact it has, and has motivated me to make a change in other ways, such as getting in contact with politicians, educating myself on various environmental issues, etc. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONOceans Smart Seafood ChoicesMany states and countries have advisories on eating fish. Find out what is advised for your region. Do you think your diet choices fall within these guidelines? What steps do you need to take to make sure that they do?
Elizabeth Smith 4/03/2020 9:26 AMThey do! I actually don't eat a lot of meat OR seafood so I meet the guidelines by default, but now that I know where to find reliable information, I'll definitely make it a priority to do research before eating seafood. -
Elizabeth Smith 4/01/2020 9:34 AMEarth Month officially starts today! Social distancing definitely derailed some of the plans and ideas I had, but I can't wait to see what other opportunities are made available instead!
