    last day of the project and very happy i participated

    I have been trying to go outside more and to enjoy the day, yesterday i went on a 3 mile run while it was still sunny out and I am starting to feel better after getting some sun. lots of these challenges can be very therapeutic.

    Looking through these challenges I have become more aware of the types of waste I am wasting and what I more naturally recycle. by being apart of a community I feel as though I am making a small, yet bigger impact than I ever thought i was.

    With covid going on, I would not have ever thought that I could be active within an environmental community, yet through this program I am feeling more informed than before. althought i am going through lots of stress I feel like my time was well spent doing various actions.

    researching different issues for a few minutes is a good way to stay involved and to deveople a better sense of responsibility when doing daily things like recycling.

    Alot of these challenges are ones i have either not really thought of or ones that i already do everyday. I really enjoy the ones that are unique and bring me to learn more about whats going on currently.
