Connecting with people right now is vital - whether it is through text, video chat, or on the phone. Reaching out and connecting can help us feel not so alone and isolated. It reminds us that we are all in this together and that we still have friends and family that care about us. And helps others feel cared for as well, when someone checks in on how they are doing. I talk to at least one person outside my home, but usually more, each day.

    We like you.

I watched a few episodes of Our Planet, which is a really beautiful look at nature and wildlife, as well as touching on issues facing different species leading to population decreases. I plan on watching more suggestions on the list!
