  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Food Reduce Animal Products
Why do people in richer countries eat more meat than people in other places? How does eating more meat affect our planet and other people?

    Jemila Collier 4/01/2020 6:43 PM
Richer countries have access to a wider variety of food. Eating more meat increases inhumane treatment of animals, puts small farmers out of business, and ultimately creates more greenhouse emissions.

This week was a great week for new vegan foods, Liz! We ate burgers made from lentils with vegan pepperjack cheese, pizza with a cauliflower crust plus vegetable rotini with added veggies! And of course lots oreos!
