REFLECTION QUESTIONAction Track: Building Resilience Connect While Social DistancingHow does connecting with others help your own mental and emotional health? How can it help support others?
Jemila Collier 4/02/2020 1:17 PMConnecting with others keeps me sane and helps others know how I am doing. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Reduce Animal ProductsWhy do people in richer countries eat more meat than people in other places? How does eating more meat affect our planet and other people?
Jemila Collier 4/01/2020 6:43 PMRicher countries have access to a wider variety of food. Eating more meat increases inhumane treatment of animals, puts small farmers out of business, and ultimately creates more greenhouse emissions.-
Jemila Collier 4/15/2020 6:03 PMThis week was a great week for new vegan foods, Liz! We ate burgers made from lentils with vegan pepperjack cheese, pizza with a cauliflower crust plus vegetable rotini with added veggies! And of course lots oreos! -
