    My daily call with my niece really helps my emotional health. She is so happy to see me that it immediately lifts my spirits.

      Me too! I've been testing out different combinations of ingredients in my oatmeal with things like coconut flakes, brown sugar, cinnamon, fruit, and peanut butter.
