When people have money they tend to related to the seven cardinal sins. Gluten is one of them. We overtax our bodies to consume highly rich foods that are more delicacy. Meat happens to be one of those delicacies because it is readily available and cost-effective to produce than in 3rd world countries.

Raising cows, pigs and chickens — generates as much greenhouse gas emissions as all cars, trucks and automobiles combined.

If one does not take the time to literally stop and smell the roses, the jasmine and or whatever sensory invites mother nature provides, you will never understand the connection between mother nature and our immediate environment. Only those who have intense allergies to the world should be indoors. Everyone else should experience one sense a day outside!

Literally every time I connect with a person to see how they are doing, it brightens my day. You know the feeling when you do something good for someone else, you in return feel better, that is how it is for me!
