How can your region/household prepare for changing water situations in order to become more resilient?

At the moment our dishwasher isn't working, so for weeks we have hand washing our dishes, reducing the water usage. We also limit shower length to under ten minutes.

  Handwashing dishes typically uses 2.5-5 times more water than your average dishwasher, so you may not be reducing your water usage.

Why do people in richer countries eat more meat than people in other places? How does eating more meat affect our planet and other people?

Animal protein has been part of wealthier countries for a long time. In less wealthy countries it is more difficult and expensive to obtain. Countries that produce animal based food agriculture leads to deforestation.
