    Exploring and being outdoors reduces my daily life stress and helps me to sleep better at night. One key I have found it including a support net of fellow hikers so we can encourage and schedule fun weekend hikes in and around the Columbia Gorge-my backyard.

    Taking out the grass and making a mini forest in my own back yard is now a sanctuary for birds and wildlife.

    I need to visit my Grandma in Cali but driving is an option and with the social distancing guiding my decisions, my next visit will be by car.
