Modern food systems are run with a mission to create profit, not to produce quality food or for the mere purpose of feeding people.     Just spent some time looking at all we accomplish this month by visiting our team members pages. Amazing! I am thankful for the new information I gained, and the new vegetarian recipes my husband and I created while participating in the challenge!
