It feels good to find out what others are up to and exchange ideas about keeping healthy and managing stress in these complicated times. Learning from others and sharing things I've learned is an informative and inspiring way to connect, and it expands my knowledge base and hopefully that of my family and friends as well. For instance, it fills my heart to see all the engagement around making and wearing masks to protect those around us.
