    This challenge was easy because I don't drink a lot of coffee and I was willing to give it up even if it means I won't be able to drink it anymore. Also I gave up peanut butter and crackers because they have palm oil.

    My household can prepare for changing water situations to be more resilient by not drinking water from plastic water bottles, and only drinking water from reusable cups and reusable water bottles.

    m family has already been doing this for a long time we never ever get bottled water unless it is a dire situation. we always bring meta water bottles out because we know how much cheaper it is and that it's a lot better for the environment.

    I saved my water by trying to limit my toilet and shower uses because these are the two things that take up the most time. for example, the shower uses a lot of water depending on how long you spend in it I saved water by just having shower time around five minutes compared to 20.     Well, connecting with others helps me with my own mental and emotional health because usually my friends and I would all see each other at school and talk but now we have to do it over facetime, this has impacted my mental state because it's not like oh I'm not at school so I don't talk to any of my friends because I still do but over the phone.
