    The challenge is going great. I was glad to see that something like this exists. I was inspired to do more than I would have, and will keep many of these habits.

    Your utility company is able to tell you your average energy usage. Ask them how your energy usage compares to others in your ZIP code, region, and/or state. What other steps can you take each day to reduce your electricity usage?

    Turn off computers, turn down the thermostat, use LEF lights, unplug appliances that aren’t being used all the time, take shorter showers, hang clothes to dry instead of using dryer all the time

    Can't believe we've reached the end of this challenge. Glad I took a lot out of this and can't wait to continue on with these good habits I now have in place.

    I choose to not eat seafood altogether for this reason.

    At my families lake house we do not use fertilizer at all to make sure we don't upset the fresh water ecosystem.

    Flooding because of the mountain runoff in the spring time when the snow melts off. Rivers tend to overflow.
