Berkshire Earth Expo
Living the Change Berkshires
So many people's thoughts need to be on the health and well-being of their family, friends, and neighbors right now. We hope the ecochallenge can be a way for those of us who have time and mind space right now to connect around our care and love for the earth. While we are in the midst of the COVID-19 crisis, the topic of climate change is not going away. I can't think of a better way to spend this time in "social distancing" to connect with you all in the challenge!

April 29 at 2:05 PMThis Eco Challenge is almost over but it remains and will remain in my consciousness in particular to be so much more resourceful and economical and to continue to take good care of my self on the physical level and to continue to research how I can help the environment and to take actions to do so.

April 29 at 1:00 PMI am learning a lot doing this challenge. Strangely, I am learning how much I am actually doing...most things go unnoticed until this tool asks me to think about my day and record certain actions. I really appreciated running into Ephemerals today, here is one of them....tiny beauties that made my day.

April 27 at 6:25 PMSaw today the film Planet of the Humans produced by Michael Moore. The film is a kind of critique in a way of green renewables like Solar, Wind and BioMass showing how these renewables like Solar and Wind require an enormous amount of fossil fuel energy to build them and also in some cases destroy a lot of natural wildlife and biomass is very...

April 27 at 6:06 AMI am very mindful these days on what I eat and not wanting to waste any food. Every day I reflect upon what I will cook and make sure it's healthy. I also think about variety and make sure I'm eating different vegetables as much as possible.
