Food expiration has always been something that's very clouded and confusing to me- but knowledge is power and by understanding when meats, veggies, and fruits truly go bad will help sustain a healthy diet and reduce the amount of food that goes into the compost bin.

You uplift the animals and insects that thrive off the horticulture who then go on to uplift the reproduction of flora in the area. A positive chain reaction.

I did an out and back trip from there to NW Germantown Road. It had poured most of the day, but as soon as the clouds parted and the sun came out I was on the trail.
