Almost everyday I use reusable items, instead of using and tossing plastic straws I use reusable ones when I get drinks, I don't drink bottled water instead I use my Brita to refill my reusable bottle, I drink my coffee from a mug every day and if I have to go out I use a reusable metal to go cup to keep it hot and not waste any resources, also when shopping I use reusable paper bags instead go wasting plastic bags from the stores.

one of my favorite ecotips is to purchase package free shampoo and conditioner as well as soap! Naples soap company offers a wide selection but they can be found all over. It is a simple way to minimize the amount of plastic and waste in your household!

The way you get around has a large impact on your environmental footprint and your affect on the community. From my experience, I find that walking to places that I would usually access by car is a great way to get active and healthy while getting where you need to be.

I think I follow within these lines of a diet. I feel as if to make sure I do stay within the guideline I should list what I eat and the calories.
