    It was difficult to remove coffee, but I do not use palm oil in my diet. I had to switch to tea instead of coffee which was not that difficult of a switch for me.

    Almost everyday I use reusable items, instead of using and tossing plastic straws I use reusable ones when I get drinks, I don't drink bottled water instead I use my Brita to refill my reusable bottle, I drink my coffee from a mug every day and if I have to go out I use a reusable metal to go cup to keep it hot and not waste any resources, also...

    one of my favorite ecotips is to purchase package free shampoo and conditioner as well as soap! Naples soap company offers a wide selection but they can be found all over. It is a simple way to minimize the amount of plastic and waste in your household!

    In my area, the most prominent concerns about water are related to drought during the long, hot summers of Florida. Our water quality and abundance of freshwater is great.

    By choosing to purchase products that are environmentally sourced, and have responsibly-packaged materials, we can be responsible about our freshwater usage and limit the pollutants released into the environment.

    The way you get around has a large impact on your environmental footprint and your affect on the community. From my experience, I find that walking to places that I would usually access by car is a great way to get active and healthy while getting where you need to be.

    All life that is living in the surrounding areas of the body of water are affected, polluted water is dangerous for wildlife and humans that come in contact with it.

    I think I follow within these lines of a diet. I feel as if to make sure I do stay within the guideline I should list what I eat and the calories.
