So happy to have made such an incredible impact with all of you, it's crazy to look at the numbers and see how much is possible in just one month plus I know that not everything was logged and that our impact reaches far beyond what the numbers show!

They are home to 230,000 known species (95% of the ocean hasn't been explored so many many more) which are part of our ecosystems. They provide food, transportation, natural beauty, and are massive carbon sinks!

The advisories within Washington that I found were mostly related to avoiding fish that have contaminants, or that are high in Mercury. I haven't been perfect so far in the Eco Challenge, but I'm really proud of what I've done. I'm sad that this is my last Eco Challenge with Garfield Green Team. I have learned a lot of new things and challenged myself in new ways. I hope everyone had a blast. I love you all <3

I have most recently been focusing on reducing my food waste. One of the ways that I am working to that is by saving all of my veggie scraps like kale stems, onion skin & offcuts, etc. for homemade veggie stock, plus by making my own veggie stock I can avoid all of the packaging that comes along with veggie stock from the grocery store.
